- Custom ordersPlease allow at least 7–10 days whenever possible.
- Corporate & bulkPlease allow 14 days or more, especially for branded packaging or multiple recipients.
- MinimumsMinimum quantities vary based on the gift style, packaging, and level of customization.
- ReservationA 50% retainer may be required to reserve your production date. The remaining balance is due before pickup, delivery, or dispatch.
- FulfillmentNorth Texas pickup is available. Order six- and twelve-cookie shipping boxes online; shipping charges are shown at checkout before payment. Custom packaging, bulk gifts, and local delivery are quoted based on destination, date, items, and order size.
